Team building at the top level: pizza master course

Or how we put the team together - literally

Yesterday, we took a slightly different approach to teamwork: we didn't just brainstorm ideas, we also made pizza dough. In a relaxed afternoon of team building, we became pizza masters - and in a big way!

Our main character? Adrián Tomasovszki, who is not only a great colleague, but turns out to be a real virtuoso in the kitchen too. He made pizzas that made us wonder for a moment if our future lay in a food truck.

The most memorable moments:

• Pasta baking and toppings in such quantities as a project backlog.
• An enthusiastic four-legged quality inspector who wanted to ensure he got the best slice at all costs - strictly for control purposes.
• A shared experience that will be remembered for a long time to come - not only for the flavours, but also for the atmosphere.

The lesson?

Baking together is a melting experience not only because of the cheese - but also because we build real relationships.
Because it's true: the team that makes pizza together, wins together.
