2025 – It was a year of innovation and security at Inshipia!

We are proud to look back on what we have achieved:

• Updating thousands of hosts – more stable and secure systems for all our customers.
   
• Introduction of Ansible in environments consisting of hundreds of servers – a new level of automation! By standardizing and centralizing configurations and using automated installation, we save countless hours of valuable work in operations.
   
• Patch management based on Ansible – faster, more secure updates.
   
• Security hardening – we have strengthened protection at every layer. We have reinforced the network, server, and application layers by applying standard configurations and encryption settings.
   
• IAM focus (NIS2 and DORA compliance) – identity and access management on a new footing.
   
• Inshipia’s Secure Email Gateway (SEG) – our own product development, which is an important milestone in secure communication, as it is the first line of defense against email attacks. • Monitoring reimagined – the focus is not only on CPU and memory, but also on business logic. It ensures that modern operations teams monitor not only basic server parameters, but also user experience, the exact technical causes of errors, and their impact on business results. This holistic approach enables proactive operations and continuous support for business goals.
   
• The start of Cisco CPAR replacement at a market-leading telecommunications company – a big step towards flexibility and cost efficiency. Cisco CPAR is a rule-based, robust security server that enables the integration of authentication, authorization, and accounting services into the IT infrastructure.
   

• Migrating the on-premise business website server system to the cloud – preparing a modern, cloud-native solution and laying the foundations
